God is so good!

Just in case you haven’t heard yet, God is so good!  This past weekend was a miracle in itself.  God is working around us all of the time and we forget that.  He is the Master Creator of all things.  We can do nothing apart from Him.  Thank the Lord for that!  Who would ever want to be apart from Him?  I just can’t fathom that, but more importantly I want to grow closer to Him each and every day, every moment.

Thankfulness…

As I was reading Julie’s blog on Thankfulness, it started me wondering what I was truly Thankful for.  I think that the one thing that I am truly thankful for is the fact that no matter what I have done in my past, God is willing to forgive me when I ask. 

Like the times that I speak before I think.   When I only hear part of the conversation of my girls. When Jimmy askes me to do something and I just look at him with that look (you know what look I am talking about).  I know that God can forgive me for the mistakes that I so often make. 

I am so thankful for a husband that loves me, no matter what I’ve done (or not done).  I don’t tell him often enough that I am so glad that God joined us together for a lifetime.

I’m Back!

My goodness!  It sure has been a long time since I have been here.  I had to scrape away some cobwebs and do a “little” fall cleaning.  Life has gotten a little crazy around our place (like most of you know)!  Church is going great.  We have had some visitors come and go and we have had some visitors stay and put down roots.  God is so good to our little church.  I hope that you are having a good day and I pray that God blesses you tremendously today.  Love to all, Traci
